Virtual tours · the inside, before anyone walks in

«It looks good inside, and nobody can tell»

The room, before they decide to come

A tour answers the question a photo cannot: what is it actually like in there. For places people are nervous about entering, that is most of the decision.

A virtual tour is a set of 360° panoramas joined into a walk through your premises, published to your Google listing and embedded on your own site. People move through it themselves, at their own pace, before they have spoken to anybody.

This is what one looks like

The entrance panorama from a tour we shot for the ROLEKSA dental clinic in Lviv. Drag it — you will look around exactly as somebody would after opening the clinic's listing in Google Maps.

Move the sliders. The plan redraws itself and the count changes with it — three metres between points is what makes it feel like walking rather than jumping.

How the shoot goes

Four steps, and one of them is yours

  1. 01

Someone has to be in the room

This is the honest part, and it comes first. A tour cannot be made remotely — somebody stands in your premises with a camera. We shoot in Ukraine, where our team is. For a business here that means either a local photographer shoots and we do everything else, or we talk about travelling, which only adds up at a certain size.

  2. 02

    The shoot itself

Half a day for most places. You carry on working; we ask for the rooms to be tidy and the lights on, and we shoot around people rather than closing you down.

    half a day
  3. 03

    Processing

Stitching, colour, and blurring faces and number plates where they need it. This is the part that separates a tour from a set of wide photos.

  4. 04

    Publishing

Onto your Google listing, and embedded on your site with our own viewer — so the tour is not trapped inside Google.

Who gets the most from it

Places people are deciding whether to enter

A tour earns its keep where the decision is about comfort rather than price.

  • Clinics and practices

People are nervous before they arrive. Seeing the room, the equipment and how clean it is answers more than any paragraph about care standards.

  • Salons, studios, gyms

Chosen on how the place feels. A tour shows the space you have paid to fit out, which photos flatten.

  • Restaurants and hotels

Booking is about atmosphere. Someone deciding on a table for eight wants to see the room it is in.

  • Showrooms and shops

Half the reason people do not visit is not knowing whether it is worth the trip. A tour settles that before they set off.

Questions

What people ask about tours

Not covered here? Email us and we'll answer in plain words.

Can you do this remotely?

No, and this is the one service on this site where the answer is no. Somebody has to stand in the room with a camera. What we can do remotely is everything after that: processing, publishing to Google, and putting the viewer on your site.

So how would it work for a business here?

Two honest options. Either you use a local photographer for the shoot and we handle the rest — that is the usual arrangement and it works. Or we talk about travelling, which only makes sense above a certain size of job.

Does the tour live only inside Google?

No. We wrote our own 360° viewer, so the tour sits on your own site as well. That matters: a tour nobody can find from your listing or your homepage is a tour nobody sees.

How long does the shoot take?

Half a day for most premises. We shoot around your work rather than closing you down — we just ask for tidy rooms and the lights on.
