We make your business visible in Google

Someone searches for a trade nearby and picks from whoever Google showed first. Our job is that you are among them — the profile in Maps, local search, ads and the site behind them.

We will look at your profile and tell you what is holding it back, before anyone talks about money.

How people find you

They search in different ways. And they see different things

What Google shows changes with the wording of the search. Each of these is a different job, even though it is the same business.

emergency plumber near me

What they see

Maps, the block of three

Already has a problem and is choosing in about ten seconds. Looks at distance, stars and whether anyone answered the reviews.

What decides it

  • Primary category
  • Recent reviews
  • Service area
  • Opening hours

Whose job that is

boiler repair reading cost

What they see

Ads at the top, then sites

Comparing from the sofa. Opens four tabs and reads all of them.

What decides it

  • A page about this exact job
  • A straight answer on price
  • Something that reads as real
  • How fast the page loads

What they see

Help pages and forums

This one is you, not a customer. Something has broken and Google has explained nothing.

What we do

Six directions, and they hold each other up

Most businesses arrive with one of them. The order below is the order in which they usually bring the work — not a menu to pick from.

  1. Office interior with large windows
    01

«The listing is there, but it brings nothing»

    Google Business Profile

Set-up, everyday upkeep, suspensions and ownership. The profile most local customers see before they see anything else.

  2. A city street lined with shopfronts
    02

«I don't know where my customers come from»

    Local SEO

Being visible across the area you actually work in, not only on the street you are registered at.

  3. A screen showing performance charts
    03

«We ran ads. Nothing came of it»

    Google Ads

Campaigns built around the jobs you want, with the money going where enquiries come from.

  4. Panoramic view of a coastline
    04

«It looks good inside, and nobody can tell»

    Virtual tours

360° tours published to Google and embedded on your site. This one needs someone with a camera in the room — see the page.

  5. Laptop on a desk with a page open
    05

«The site exists, but nobody finds it»

    Website SEO

Pages that answer the searches your customers actually type, and the technical work that lets Google read them.

  6. Workspace with a screen and notes
    06

«We had a site built and it earns nothing»

    Websites

Sites built around the enquiry, not the slideshow. Including looking after them once they are live.

Who this is for

Businesses people call, not browse

Different trades, different behaviour: some are chosen in ten seconds, some after a week of reading. Four groups and what decides it in each.

Trades and callouts

  • Plumbing and heating
  • Electricians
  • Boiler and gas engineers

Chosen on a phone, usually urgently, from the Maps block. Service area and opening hours matter more than anything written elsewhere — and this is the group Google suspends most, because a van is not an address.

Home and property

  • Removals
  • Cleaning
  • Roofing and builders

Decided over a day or two with two or three quotes. Photos of finished work do more than any description, and an unanswered review costs a job.

Health and appearance

  • Dental practices
  • Clinics
  • Salons and barbers

Reviews get read properly, not counted. People look for photos of the room and the people before they book.

Food and places

  • Cafes and restaurants
  • Pubs
  • Hotels and B&Bs

Searched for «near» and «now». A recent review outweighs an old rating, and wrong opening hours lose the customer immediately.

Not on the list? The mechanics are the same for anything with a service area or a front door.

Working with us

What it's actually like

  • 01

    Reports in calls, not impressions

Calls from the profile, direction requests, enquiries, and what the ads cost. You can see what changed this month and where the money went. Impressions are not a result.

  • 02

    Only methods Google accepts

Real reviews, real photos, a profile that a person maintains. Nothing that has to be hidden from Google, because that kind of result does not survive the next update.

  • 03

One supplier for the whole of Google

Profile, local search, ads and the site in the same hands. One person to talk to and one report covering all of it.

  • 04

    Cheaper than someone in-house

A profile needs attention weekly — posts, photos, replies to reviews. Hiring for that alone does not add up, and leaving it alone is how profiles go quiet.

How we work

The terms, before the sales pitch

Ongoing work is monthly, with a month's notice to stop. No minimum term.

One-off work is quoted after we have looked, not before. If we don't think a profile can be recovered, we will say so rather than bill you to find out.

The profile, the accounts, the reviews and the photos are yours throughout. Nothing needs handing back when we finish — you already own all of it.

We don't guarantee positions, and we would be careful with anyone who does. What a person sees in Maps depends on where they are standing when they search.

Who we work with

Cinemas, developers, clinics, restaurants

Most of these are Ukrainian businesses — that is where we have worked for four years. Some came for a profile in Maps, some for a virtual tour, some for a site. The work varies; the rules Google applies to them do not.

Plainly

Four things we will say out loud

Some clients have been with us for years. That only happens when the awkward things are said early rather than discovered later.

  • 01

    We name real problems only

We look at the profile and show what is actually holding it back. We don't pad the list with small things to make it look more convincing.

  • 02

It might not be what you came for

We look at how people search for you and where you lose them. Sometimes the answer is a different job from the one you asked about — and sometimes it is that you don't need us yet.

  • 03

    How long it really takes

Changes to a profile show within a couple of weeks. Position in Maps builds slowly and depends on where the person is standing. A suspension can be days or it can be weeks.

  • 04

    The access is always yours

The profile, the ads account and the analytics are in your name from day one. Nothing has to be bought back or migrated when we stop.

Email us about your case

How it goes

From first email to first report, four steps

  1. 01 · Free

    You write

An email with a couple of sentences: what the business is, where it works, what has gone wrong.

  2. 02 · Same working day

    We look

We open your profile and the search results in your area, and tell you what we see — including if we think it isn't worth doing.

  3. 03 · 1–2 working days

    We agree and start

You approve the plan and the price before anything begins. You don't have to understand the algorithm; that is our job.

  4. 04 · Monthly

    Report and next month

Once a month: the numbers and what we plan next. We push what worked rather than repeat everything.

Who you are dealing with

A Ukrainian agency, working remotely

Four years of this work, most of it in Ukraine — where Google applies the same rules and the same appeal process it applies here.

Kyiv is two hours ahead of London, so our working days overlap almost completely. Appeals, documents and profile changes all happen in a browser, which is why the distance rarely matters for this kind of work.

Where it does matter, we say so. Google sometimes asks for a video filmed at your premises, and nobody can do that for you remotely — what we can do is make sure it passes first time.

Next step

Tell us about your business

Leave your details, or just email us. We will look at your listing in Google and say what would make a difference and what is not worth paying for.

What can we help with

Getting in touch

Tell us what's happening

A short description of the problem is enough to start. We will tell you what we think before anyone talks about money.

[email protected]

We reply the same working day. Kyiv time, two hours ahead of London.
